After a long time waiting the NDN09 Team have released most final details on the event along with registration forms. All SDC members are urged to complete their registration for the event ASAP to avoid any dissapointment as some events may fill soon.

FEE STRUCTURE The fee for general participation is the minimum entry level and entitles the participant to:
Entry in the car display, Presentation dinner, NDN09 Cap, NDN09 bag, NDN09 programme, Stubby holder, Polo shirt, Welcome Barbecue, Key ring, Lanyard.
The general participation fee includes third party liability insurance for participants in the event.
Additional merchandise can be ordered on the first page of the registration form.
The dinner will be a smorgasbord held at the Warwick Aquatic centre. Drinks will not be included.

REGISTRATION Instructions: Deposits of 50% will be accepted.
The general participation fee includes an entry to the car display, a participant pack and one dinner at the dinner of champions. | 1. | Enter the name and contact details of the participant | | 2. | If you are paying in full before Nov 30th enter $185 against the General Participant fee otherwise enter $210 | | 3. | If you are driving in the sprint enter the number of vehicles you will be driving as the qty. If you are paying in full before Nov 30th and enter $130 per vehicle you will be driving (if you are driving 2 vehicles in the sprints enter $260)
If you are not paying in full before Nov 30th enter $140 per vehicle you will be driving. | | 4. | If you are driving in the 1/8 mile drag enter the number of vehicles you will be driving as the Qty. Enter $45 for each vehicle you will be driving. (If you are driving 2 vehicles in the drags enter $90) | | 5. | Enter the qty. you want against each item of merchandise including the fee item. (You get one of each as part of your participant fee but if you want extras add these to the relevant qty). Multiply the item price for each by the relevant qty then subtract one item price. Enter the amount in the subtotal. (Eg if you have ordered 3 shirts multiply 3 x $20 then subtract $20 which equals $40) | | 6. | Enter the number of people attending the presentation dinner. Multiply ($45) by the number of people attending then subtract $45. Add the amount in the subtotal (Eg if 3 peo0ple are attending 3 x $45 then subtract $45 = $90) | | 7. | Enter the names of the people attending the presentation dinner in the field on the right hand side. | | 8. | Enter the number of people likely to attend the social events (Wine tour or touring assembly) | | 9. | Add up all the sub totals. Enter the sum of all the amounts in the Total Fees. | | 10. | Enter the amount you are paying in the Deposit (This value must be at least $100) | | 11. | Enter the details of every vehicle you will be entering or driving regardless whether it is a dual entry. If a vehicle is dual entry all drivers should include the same details for the vehicle on their respective forms. | | 12. | Select a payment method. Forms will only be accepted in printed form (do not email the details). Incomplete or incorrect forms or payments can not be accepted. The co-ordinators will endeavour to assist with corrections but no guarantees are offered.
